Chuck’s responsibilities include financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, auditing and overseeing the company’s information technology department. Prior to joining MG Properties, Chuck spent the past 20 years in the real estate industry with service in commercial construction, investment, land development, homebuilding, and subcontracting. Recent positions include overseeing the accounting for two different private equity real estate investment companies, each with approximately $500 million in assets. Prior to that, Chuck served as CFO for a privately held subcontractor and he has also served as Vice President and Controller of Ryland Homes’ largest division in Southern California. Earlier in his career, Chuck worked for the Big 4 accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche where he led engagements in their audit and emerging business divisions. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Accounting as a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and also maintains an active CPA license.
